These Terms and Conditions apply to the CalcVault app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Jack Evans (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

License and Intellectual Property

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, lawful use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, creating derivative works from, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of the Application, except where expressly permitted by applicable law, is prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, design rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider or its licensors.

Use of the Application

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or interfere with anyone else's use of the Application.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application;
• keeping your passcodes, biometrics, and device credentials secure;
• ensuring that any content you create, store, import, capture, or manage through the Application is lawful and that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use it; and
• ensuring that your use of the Application complies with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and third-party rights.

You must not use the Application to:

• store, transmit, or manage unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content;
• interfere with the security, integrity, or proper operation of the Application;
• attempt to bypass paywalls, subscription controls, access restrictions, or technical protections;
• use the Application in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service Provider's services or third-party infrastructure; or
• misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or use the Application for deceptive or illegal conduct.

Vault Content and Device Security

The Application may allow you to store notes, contacts, photos, videos, albums, hidden app configurations, and other private content. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you place into the Application and for securing access to your device and the Application.
